Baby Boot Camp Starts March 2, 2010 11:30am Tues. and Thurs.

WHAT YOU NEED: Water bottle, mat or towel, small weights
WHAT YOUR CHILD NEEDS: Stroller, snacks, toys, sun block, diapers, hat, blanket

Baby Boot Camp is for new moms who want to get in back in shape. I have years of experience helping women lose weight and get their pre-baby body back. We will use body weight exercises, pilates,core exercises,cardio intervals, strength training and the weight of your baby to transform your body. This class is one hour and meets at the corner of 18th st. and Dolores by the bell on the steps in the middle of the park. Its is a drop in class with your first time free and $20 every time following.
